Sorry folks, I am way behind on blogging. It is silly season as far as weddings go but there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Katie and Duncan were married at the beautiful Notley Abbey just outside Aylesbury. It is the former home of Laurence Olivier and the gorgeous screen icon, Vivien Leigh. Also home (apparently) to some outrageous 'Hollywood' style parties over the years, with guest lists that included Marilyn Monroe, David Niven, Tony Curtis and the like. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall at one of those do's!
Superb weather, a great couple and fantastic light! What more could I ask for. Shooting wedding photography at Notley Abbey was a great experience and one that I hope to repeat soon.
